Work outline: Responsible for administrative task of the site construction. *OT work is required depending on the situation of that business day.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Administration for Implementation Department
- Support of Senior Administrator
- Documentation, Printing, Filing, arrangement of meeting room, vehicle;
- Organizing and storing stationary and office consumable;
- Sorting and distributing correspondences and document;
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
Ø Administration for Work Planning
- Support of Construction Coordination Officer;
- Documentation, Printing and Issuing Daily Work Request and Daily Work Report
- Booking rooms and conference facilities;
- Completing permit to work forms for subcontractor site access;
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male/female, age 21-35 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø Welcome fresh graduate
Ø Experienced in similar roles and responsibilities
Ø Must be Well organized and can work independently & as a team
Ø Good knowledge computer skill
Ø Good command of both spoken and written English
Ø Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat) to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases
Preferable:
Ø Pleasant and approachable person with a positive attitude.
Ø Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Ø Able to do multi-task.
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Shuttle Van service from BTS Saphan Kwai or MRT Kam-paeng Phet
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon- Fri)
