Service Engineer (Machine for food) (25K–40K) (SDG-66082)
วิศวกรบริการ (เครื่องจักรสำหรับอาหาร)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Plan service job, urgently repair, maintenance, and Preventive Maintenance for proper situations.
- Install /Demo /after-sales service /Repair machine at customer site.
- Contact and cooperate with Sales, Customers to support the best service to get the best satisfaction
- Plan, control, and manage project work, new machine installation to be smoothly and successfully as target
- Control and follow up after-sales service job, service, maintenance, and PM job to be on schedule and good results
- Control and manage stock system
- Manage cost and follow the budget target
- Visit clients in upcountry for providing service by own drive (Mostly going with paired technician or small group depends on case)
- Others duty as assignment.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, 25 - 32 years old
- Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical or concern
- At least 2 years in Machine maintenance, After sales service (Machine field) *Both Electrical & Mechanical
- Knowledge of PLC
- Electric diagram, Electric parts functions.
- Fair English (Understand English Manual, English email)
- Can drive car with driving license (travel in domestic and abroad)
- Can work on overtime and on holiday (in urgent case)
- Problem solving skill, good service mind
- MS. Office, AutoCAD
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in Food industry
- Variety of PLC: Omron (Main), Siemens, Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley
- Knowledge system of pneumatic, hydraulic, electronics, and industrial electrical such as inverter, servo, sensor, etc
- Knowledge and have experience the stock management and ISO9001

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday (Sat/Sun occasionally))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- วางแผนงานบริการ ซ่อมแซม บำรุงรักษา และบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันอย่างเร่งด่วนตามสถานการณ์ที่เหมาะสม
- ติดตั้ง / สาธิต / บริการหลังการขาย / ซ่อมเครื่องที่ไซต์ลูกค้า
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายขาย ลูกค้า เพื่อสนับสนุนบริการที่ดีที่สุด ให้ได้รับความพึงพอใจสูงสุด
- วางแผน ควบคุม และจัดการงานโครงการ ติดตั้งเครื่องจักรใหม่ให้ราบรื่นและสำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย
- ควบคุมและติดตามงานบริการหลังการขาย งานบริการ งานซ่อมบำรุง งาน PM ให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลาและผลลัพธ์ที่ดี
- ควบคุมและจัดการระบบสต๊อกสินค้า
- บริหารต้นทุนและทำตามงบประมาณเป้าหมาย
- ออกเยี่ยมลูกค้าต่างจังหวัดเพื่อให้บริการโดยรถยนต์ส่วนตัว (ส่วนใหญ่จะไปกับช่างคู่หรือกลุ่มเล็กแล้วแต่กรณี)
- หน้าที่อื่นตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย อายุ 25 - 32 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักร , บริการหลังการขาย อย่างน้อย 2 ปี (สาขาเครื่องจักร) *ทั้งงานไฟฟ้าและเครื่องกล
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ PLC
- ไดอะแกรมไฟฟ้า ฟังก์ชันชิ้นส่วนไฟฟ้า
- Fair English (เข้าใจคู่มือภาษาอังกฤษ, อีเมลภาษาอังกฤษ)
- ขับรถยนต์ได้ มีใบขับขี่ (เดินทางในและต่างประเทศ)
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาและในวันหยุดได้ (กรณีเร่งด่วน)
- ทักษะการแก้ปัญหา มีใจบริการที่ดี
- MS. Office, AutoCAD

- มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร
- PLC ที่หลากหลาย: Omron (หลัก), Siemens, Mitsubishi และ Allen Bradley
- ความรู้ระบบนิวเมติก ไฮดรอลิก อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และไฟฟ้าอุตสาหกรรม เช่น อินเวอร์เตอร์ เซอร์โว เซ็นเซอร์ ฯลฯ
- มีความรู้และมีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารสต๊อกสินค้าและ ISO9001
