Service Engineer (30K-50K) (SDG-23196)
<Job Responsibilities>
To be a window for all Thai customers for all inquiries and communication
To visit customer site or filed if necessary to analyze problems
Timely report to superiors
To arrange and support all general affairs
This job may include any aspect of products field support, include system hardware, software and system networking
Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment
Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems
Diagnosis mechanical, hardware, software and system failures using established procedures
Maintaining relationship between customers and company and providing the after service for customers (Inspect product to ensure products are at the best quality)
Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:20 (Mon-Fri)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male, age 28-32 years old
Bachelor’s degree in engineering fields
Good communication in English (Advanced Conversational Level)
3-5 years’ experience of service engineer in automotive parts or any related
Flexible to work with foreigners and foreign companies (not only Japanese)
Good people management skills and able to work as team
Open to travel include countryside and fields (Company bus + Driver provided)
