Senior Technical Support (30K-40K) (JO-180507-161623)
Work outline: Support customer inquiries, give an advice for company product.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Select company products from customer request specifications (Necessary to be able to explain the reason why we choose, when customer require)
Promote company product to customers.
Confirmation of customer selection items
Give customer for Technical Advice
Propose cost reduction Proposal
Monitor efficient service to customers and handle all customer complaints with good result oriented
Other assigned task by superior

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female, age 25-33 years
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineer or any related fields
3 years in the fields of Sales Engineer, Technical Support
Be goal-oriented and persuasive, and work well both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication & interpersonal skills & negotiation skill

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: Bangna-Trad (km. 4.5)
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon – Fri)
