Senior Sales and Marketing Staff (26K-30K) (SDG-81764)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate with external and internal customer
- Maintain good relationship with existing customers
- Business development and make an appointment with new clients
- Visit clients to hear their problems and suggest the products
- Organize and conduct sales presentations to customers
- Follow up the client after installation
- Prepare sales related reports
- Other tasks as assigned by report line

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years as Sales experience in construction company (Project Sales)
- Good command in English [Have TOEIC score 700 up]
- Knowledge of Microsoft (Words, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Having driver license

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Bachelor’s degree Mechanical or Electrical Engineer is highly preferred
- Familiar with HVAC is advantage
- Japanese will be advantage

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้าภายนอกและภายใน
- รักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้าเดิม
- พัฒนาธุรกิจและนัดพบลูกค้าใหม่
- เยี่ยมลูกค้าเพื่อรับฟังปัญหาและแนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์
- จัดระเบียบและนำเสนอการขายให้กับลูกค้า
- ติดตามลูกค้าหลังการติดตั้ง
- จัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขาย
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากสายรายงาน

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 30-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์การขายอย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในบริษัทรับเหมาก่อสร้าง (ฝ่ายขายโครงการ)
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี [มีคะแนน TOEIC 700 ขึ้นไป]
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Microsoft (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
- มีใบขับขี่

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาเครื่องกล หรือ ไฟฟ้า จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- คุ้นเคยกับ HVAC เป็นอย่างดี
- พูดภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้จะได้เปรียบ
