<Job Responsibilities>
- Coach and support junior QA staff
- Be responsible for communicating with supplier and customer in Japanese
- When QA urgent incident happens, be responsible for trouble shooting quickly
- Coordinate Sales and the other department for smooth internal operation
- Other duties assigned by Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 33 - 40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 8 years experience of QA in Automotive industry
- Having knowledge or experience of Automotive electrical components is advantage
- Business level of Japanese
- Working experience in Japanese company
- QA Experience in terms of trouble shooting with Defective product, Preventing the release of defective products, preparing mannual of QA method
- QA data knowledge(PPAP, Initial management, PCN, NCR,ISO, environmental load substances)
- Be able to read Drawing(2D)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- โค้ชและสนับสนุนเจ้าหน้าที่ QA จูเนียร์
- รับผิดชอบในการสื่อสารกับซัพพลายเออร์และลูกค้าเป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่น
- เมื่อเกิดเหตุการณ์เร่งด่วน QA ให้รับผิดชอบในการแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างรวดเร็ว
- ประสานงานฝ่ายขายและฝ่ายอื่นๆ เพื่อการดำเนินงานภายในที่ราบรื่น
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย/หญิง 33 - 40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน QA ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ อย่างน้อย 8 ปี
- มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ด้านส่วนประกอบไฟฟ้าของยานยนต์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ระดับธุรกิจภาษาญี่ปุ่น
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
- ประสบการณ์ QA ในด้านการแก้ไขปัญหาสินค้าที่มีข้อบกพร่อง, การป้องกันการปล่อยสินค้าที่บกพร่อง, การเตรียมคู่มือวิธีการ QA
- ความรู้ข้อมูล QA (PPAP, การจัดการเบื้องต้น, PCN, NCR, ISO, สารภาระด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม)
- สามารถอ่าน Drawing(2D) ได้
