Work outline: Responsible for taking care of company products (all brands) and also managing subordinates   

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  Take care of company brands

Ø  Analyze market trends and recommend changes and product positioning to Thai market and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback

Ø  Manage cost of products and marketing operational in order to maximize profit and revenue for the company

Ø  Oversee the creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials. This includes contact with outsource marketing and make sure that they work as needed by the company

Ø  Work closely with Sales team

Ø  Co-produce TVC and advertisement with external agencies in order to do the advertisement that is related to company expectation and market expectation

Ø  Responsible for overview of marketing plan and marketing strategy

Ø  Task delegations to subordinates to complete projects as planned

Ø  Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

[Must]

Ø  Thai nationality, Female, age 35-45 years

Ø  Bachelor's Degree in Marketing

Ø  8-10 years of experience in marketing or product management field

Ø  Experience in Marketing field for cosmetics, personal care or FMCG products 

Ø  Experience in Manager level and handling subordinates more than 3 people

Ø  Experience in marketing full function including above the line and below the line media (including market research, TVC)

Preferable:

Ø  Able to use SAP or Computer graphic design

Ø  Creative

Ø  Good people management skill

Languages skills

English: Advanced Conversational level

Japanese: None 

Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsi

Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)
