Senior Manager Accounting & Finance (automotive manufacturing) (80K–100K) (SDG-92219)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Overall supervision of accounting and finance affairs (institutional/management accounting, budget, finance, tax, costing, credit control)
- Provide a leadership role in all aspects of the company’s accounting and financial operations
- Provide the management team with accurate and timely financial information and reports to facilitate the decision-making process
- Oversee the operation of the Accounting and Finance Dept.
- Ensure adequate controls are in place, i.e. policies, procedures
- Be responsible for the annual budget process, provide monthly and quarterly reviews, and implement business plans, forecasting performance and other programs.
- Provide analysis of cash flow, operating costs, and variances
- Respond to inquiries from the management team including CEO, the Audit Committee, and Finance Controller regarding financial results, special reporting requests, and the like.
- Work with the company auditors to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.
- Support subsidiary company for consolidation management
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 50 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in business with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance.
- A minimum of 10+ years prior supervisory experience in the Accounting / Finance area in a manufacturing environment, managing the financials manufacturing accounting system, standard cost accounting, budgeting, and treasury functions.
- CPD license is required
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in Thai GAAP, IFRS, financial controlling, financial reporting, and financial analysis
- Good English communication ( presentation for CEO)

- Stability and career longevity are most desirable; you need to stay in each company for at least 3 years while few minor exceptions are accepted upon discussion
- Working experience in the Accounting and Finance Dept.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skill
- Capable of explaining and reporting his/her job in English to the management team
- Ability of multi-task and meet deadlines required
- In-depth knowledge of financial, and integrated accounting systems
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Required to use SAP
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to work mainly in the head office in Bangpoo Industrial Estates, Samut Prakan and visit Gateway Factory and TNC (subsidiary company) in Chachoengsao.
- Able to work on Saturday (when closing account)
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- A minimum of 10+ years of work experience in a similar role in the Japanese automotive industry is preferable.
- CPA holder would be preferable.
- Thai Public Company Limited would be preferable.
