Senior Legal Officer (1 year contract) (24K-40K)

Work outline: Responsible for legal operation department
Duties & Responsibilities:
 Review and draft agreements & legal documents both in Thai and English
 Make the template of standard company agreement
 Provide legal opinion focusing on Business Law and Labour Law
 Check and ensure the company comply with law
 Find the good way to solve various problems
 Monitor the updated laws and regulations
 Coordinate with external lawyer and government officials
 Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 27-35 years
 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law
 Experience 5-8 years in related role
 Strong knowledge and experience in commercial law, business law and labor law
 Knowledge and experience in IT business, Foreign Business and BOI would be advantage
 Good command of spoken and written English
 Proactive thinking with a "can do" attitude
 Strong problem solving. Service mind, and able to under pressure
 High responsibilities, positive attitude, honesty and accountability, and decision making skill

Preferable:
 Good Interpersonal skill

Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: Preferable


Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit
Working Hour: 8.30am – 17.30pm Mon-Fri& 1 Sat per month
