Senior Key Account Executive (Air Freight) (30K–40K) (SDG-114662)


<Job responsibilities>
- Providing support for clients’ enquiries and satisfying their requirement.
- Following up with client’s request(s) to ensure that the service has been met with the request.
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective customers.
- Compiling and analyzing data to find trends in performance and quality indication
- Building firm relationship with local and contracted customers and internal departments to Create a better customer experience.
- Ability to Handle the customer’s complaints and negotiations.
- Support managers and internal departments on daily activities.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 26 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing Logistics & Freight Forwarding or related field.
- 4 years of experience as sales in Logistics, Shipping, Airline, and Air Freight Forwarder business.
- Conversational high level of English (communication with Chinese management and documents)
- Proficient in MS-office (excel, Word, and Power Point)
- Possess certain business negotiation skills, able to independently write project proposals and communicate with customers.
- Professional planning, organization, and implementation control capabilities.
- Able to work with multi-tasks simultaneously and under pressure.
<Preferable skills/ Experience>
- Preferably with working Experience and knowledge in Multinational logistics.
- Conversational level of Chinese
- Import & export knowledge is advantage.

Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: MRT Phetchaburi
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday - Friday)
