Senior Engineer (System Analyst/ERP Implement) (50K-100K) (SDG-73334)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Gather requirements with business team.
- Analyse requirements and provide solution.
- Design, follow up software development and test.
- Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.
- Work alongside the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices.
- Advice and support problem solving for business user.
- Running training sessions and workshops on system processes.
- Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas.
- Structuring and prioritizing business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, IT or related field.
- At least 5 years as system analyst with ERP software implementation
- Understanding of structured programming design techniques.
- Work with variety teams on system integration initiatives including analysis, design, development, installation, maintenance of interfaces.
- Development experience with the following technologies: ERP, MSSQL, MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Can work under pressure and working rotation in Patumthani (Rangsit), Bangkok (Sukhumvit), Ayutthaya (High-Tech)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- รวบรวมข้อกำหนดกับทีมธุรกิจ
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการและจัดหาแนวทางแก้ไข
- ออกแบบ ติดตาม พัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์และทดสอบ
- ดูแลและอัพเกรดระบบที่มีอยู่ตามต้องการ
- ทำงานร่วมกันข้ามสายงานกับนักวิทยาศาสตร์ข้อมูล ผู้ใช้ทางธุรกิจ ผู้จัดการโครงการ และวิศวกรอื่นๆ เพื่อให้ได้โซลูชันที่หรูหรา
- ทำงานเคียงข้างทีมเพื่อยกระดับเทคโนโลยีและนำแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดมาใช้อย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- คำแนะนำและสนับสนุนการแก้ปัญหาสำหรับผู้ใช้ทางธุรกิจ
- ดำเนินการฝึกอบรมและการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการของระบบ
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบระบบอย่างสม่ำเสมอและจัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิภาพและส่วนการปรับปรุง
- จัดโครงสร้างและจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการทางธุรกิจและการสื่อสารแผนกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียเพื่อทบทวนและอนุมัติ
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 30-45 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ไอที หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในฐานะนักวิเคราะห์ระบบที่มีการติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์ ERP
- เข้าใจเทคนิคการออกแบบโปรแกรมมิ่งแบบมีโครงสร้าง
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมที่หลากหลายในการริเริ่มการรวมระบบ รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์ การออกแบบ การพัฒนา การติดตั้ง การบำรุงรักษาอินเทอร์เฟซ
- ประสบการณ์การพัฒนาด้วยเทคโนโลยีต่อไปนี้: ERP, MSSQL, MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics AX
- เป็นผู้ริเริ่มและความสามารถในการทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่รวดเร็ว

- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและหมุนเวียนงานในปทุมธานี (รังสิต) กรุงเทพฯ (สุขุมวิท) อยุธยา (ไฮเทค)
