Senior Architect (30K-40K) (SDG-23778)
<Job Responsibilities>
Work closely with Design Manager to develop architectural solutions from conceptual level through construction documentation.
Prepare the architectural drawing including supervise and check the correctness of drawings drawn by subordinate then submit to supervisor.
Clarify the details of architectural drawings and all design criteria before apply for construction.
Coordinate with concerned parties in order to prepare the architectural drawing in accordance with owner's requirement, criteria and architecture standard then submit to supervisor.
Workplace Area: BTS Asoke, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday to Friday (and 1st& 3rd Saturday half day))

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 27-38 years old
Bachelor’s Degree, Master Degree in Architecture or Design related field.
At least 7 years professional experience including job site experience.
Class 2 (Professional License) of Thai Architect License is must.
Conversational level of English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Computer skills should include AutoCad, IIIustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion3D and Revit. (Advantage)
