Senior Accounting Staff (Manufacturing) (20K–40K) (SDG-118493)

<Job responsibilities>
- Execute daily accounting tasks, including Sales tracking and cash in/out confirmation
- Recheck and Process monthly payroll and Execute salary payments
- Handle purchasing procedures and payments for factory supplies, raw materials, and expenses
- Issue invoices for domestic shipments within Thailand and Input them into the system
- Manage petty cash and ensure accurate records
- Manage and maintain factory fixed assets
- Coordinate with the accounting firm for monthly and annual financial closings
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, banks, and the Revenue Department on tax and regulatory matters
- Respond to accounting-related inquiries from the Japanese Managing Director
- Manage and order factory equipment and supplies as needed
- Perform other tasks as assigned


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
・At least 5 years of experience in accounting at a manufacturing company that operates its own factory
・Conversational middle-high level of English to communicate with the Japanese report line and HQ in Japan
・Person who can work independently and carefully
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have knowledge or experience of monthly and yearly financial closing

Working Hour: 8:00-17:20(Mon-Fri)
