Work outline: Overall of Accounting
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Support month-end and year-end close process
Ø Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
Ø Plan, assign and review staff’s work and spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
Ø Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
Ø Review account reconciliation, including review fix asset register report to make sure the dead line and the accuracy are met.
Ø Cash management, including cash-flow, bank reconciliation and petty cash reimbursement
Ø Analyzing financial information and summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements
Ø Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/female, Age 26-35 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø At least 2-8 years of experience in accounting with 1 year in managerial level
Ø Fully qualified and registration as a "bookkeeper" Accounting Act, B.E. 2543 (2000)
Ø Solid knowledge and skills in Thai Financial Reporting Standards
Ø Computer Literacy such as MS Office, Accounting program
Ø Self-driven and independent with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet deadlines
Preferable:
Ø SAP system
Ø CPA License
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Lad Prao
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (mon-fri)
