Work outline: Be responsible for Secretary Tasks, translating internal documents and Interpreting.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Supporting Japanese president and other managers to communicate with Thai local officer
Ø Arrange meeting and prepare documentation
Ø Manage the schedule of president and coordinate business trip for them
Ø Support important business meeting with visitors by interpreting
Ø Assist Japanese for all business requirement on a daily basis
Ø Be responsible for guest welcoming and pick up arrangement.
Ø Translating internal documents from Japanese/English into Thai
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female , Age 25-35
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø Japanese skills (Business levels)
Ø English skills (Daily conversation level)
Ø At least 2 years work experiences as a Japanese Interpreter or Secretary in manufacturing industry
Ø Be able to translate comments from Japanese/English to Thai language
Ø Being good at speaking in public
Ø *Because this position sometimes needs to speak in front of 50-100 people to interpret president’s comment
Preferable:
Ø Can commute by herself (Car/motorbike)
Languages skills
English: Daily conversation level
Japanese: Business Conversation
Workplace Area: Amatanakorn Industrial Estate, Company bus in Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri) *Saturday working: twice in a month
