Secretary to Sales Director(Chinese Speaking) (50K–60K) (SDG-117069)

<Job responsibilities>
- Manage the Sales Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications, and prioritize or redirect as necessary.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
- Take minutes during meetings and prepare reports or summaries for the Sales Director.
- Arrange domestic and international travel for the Sales Director, including flight bookings, accommodations, and transportation.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience as a Secretary or Executive Assistant.
- Conversational High or Business level of English (TOEIC score 750 is a must), for communicate with report line
- Business level of Chinese (written and spoken), Mostly use with Chinese client HSK Certificate is a must
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to Work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- TOEIC score 750+ is a plus
- Japanese language Proficiency (JLPT N3 or higher), Conversational high level
- Have own car and driving license (if use for business propose, HR will discuss more about the allowance)
