Work outline: Responsible for Japanese Interpreter and Secretary Tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Help support as secretary
Ø Translate and manage documentary work
Ø Attend as interpreter for some meeting
Ø Make / summary draft of company financial report
Ø Business trip to Japan / Malaysia / Indonesia / Vietnam (rotate 1 country once a year due to Asian group meeting)
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female, age 27-35 years old
Ø Bachelor Degree
Ø At least 3-5 years experiences in Secretary and Interpreter
Ø Able to translate Thai-English/ English-Thai as well as Thai-Jap (Fluent in Speaking and Listening English& Japanese)
Ø Must have N2 Japanese Language proficiency (JLPT) or higher
Ø Good personality, Good at solving problems
Ø Expert at using computer software (Microsoft office)
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Business Level (JLPT N2)
Workplace Area: Laksi, Bangkhen
Working Hour: 09:00 – 18:45 (Mon - Fri) (Work on public holiday)
