ฝ่ายขาย(JP, อะไหล่รถยนต์)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Propose new products and service to current clients.(Car OEM and Tier1 suppliers)
- Negotiate the prices and schedules with confirmation of the boss.
- Provide advice and information to customers and suppliers for new product, price, quality and services (Especially car electronics parts and software)
- Cooperate with supplier for quality claim from customer and follow up with concern party to settle the problem.
- Report to customer (Car OEM and Tire1 supplier) about technical issue and quality issue.
- Make summary sales and profit analysis by monthly for assign business from superior.
- Other duties assigned.
- *This position has a plan to train in Japan for 1-2 years.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 23 - 27 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree (Mechacnical or Electriocal or Automotive Engineering is preferable)
- At least 1 year of sales experience of any Automotive parts or machine parts in manufacturing or trading company
- Conversational high level of Japanese(N2,N3)
- Conversational level of English(TOEIC 550)
- Driving Licence(company car provided to go to clients)
- Good analytic and problem solving skills
- Person who is wlling to go to Japan for the training
- Logical thinking and Fast learner

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience in Japanese compnay
- Experience as engineer in Automotive electronics field
- Experience in export & import and customs privilege

English: Conversational Level
Japanese: Conversational Level

Workplace Area: MRT Rama 9 ,Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Mon-Fri(Sat:none))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- เสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการใหม่ให้กับลูกค้าปัจจุบัน (ซัพพลายเออร์รถยนต์ OEM และ Tier1)
- ต่อรองราคาและกำหนดการพร้อมการยืนยันจากหัวหน้า
- ให้คำแนะนำและข้อมูลแก่ลูกค้าและซัพพลายเออร์สำหรับสินค้าใหม่ ราคา คุณภาพ และบริการ (โดยเฉพาะชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์รถยนต์และซอฟต์แวร์)
- ร่วมมือกับซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อเรียกร้องคุณภาพจากลูกค้าและติดตามฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา
- รายงานลูกค้า (ซัพพลายเออร์รถยนต์ OEM และ Tyre1) เกี่ยวกับปัญหาทางเทคนิคและปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ
- ทำสรุปยอดขายและวิเคราะห์กำไรทุกเดือนเพื่อมอบหมายธุรกิจจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- *ตำแหน่งนี้มีแผนที่จะไปฝึกงานที่ญี่ปุ่น 1-2 ปี

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 23 - 27 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี (วิศวกรรมเครื่องกลหรือไฟฟ้าหรือยานยนต์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- ประสบการณ์การขายอย่างน้อย 1 ปีของชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์หรือชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักรในบริษัทผู้ผลิตหรือการค้า
- สนทนาภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสูง (N2,N3)
- ระดับการสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษ (TOEIC 550)
- ใบขับขี่ (รถบริษัทให้ไปส่งลูกค้า)
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาที่ดี
- ผู้ที่ต้องการไปฝึกอบรมที่ประเทศญี่ปุ่น
- การคิดเชิงตรรกะและผู้เรียนที่รวดเร็ว

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
- มีประสบการณ์เป็นวิศวกรในสาขาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ยานยนต์
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการส่งออกและนำเข้าและสิทธิพิเศษทางศุลกากร
