Sales Support (Manufacturing/Prachinburi) (16K–20K) (SDG-65491)
สนับสนุนการขาย(การผลิต/ปราจีนบุรี)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Contact with client and received order by phone and e-mail
- Receive P/O and issue invoice
- Input data to production control system and inform P/O to factory
- Issue quotation to client
- Manage and confirm delivery schedule and inform to client
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female 23 - 30 years old
- Vocational diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field
- At least 1 year experience as sales support, sales or production control in manufacturing company(Factory)
- Willing to communicate with client
- Basic level of English (can write e-mail)
- Detail oriented person and familiar with documentation and Calculation(good at number)
- Own car or motor-bike for commuting (No company bus)
- Be able to work in Prachinburi

Sales Support (การผลิต/ปราจีนบุรี) (16K–20K) (SDG-65491)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ติดต่อกับลูกค้าและรับคำสั่งซื้อทางโทรศัพท์และอีเมล
- รับ P/O และออกใบแจ้งหนี้
- ป้อนข้อมูลเข้าระบบควบคุมการผลิตและแจ้ง P/O ให้โรงงาน
- ออกใบเสนอราคาให้กับลูกค้า
- จัดการและยืนยันกำหนดการส่งมอบและแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบ
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 23 - 30 ปี
- ปวช. หรือ ป.ตรี สาขาใดก็ได้
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี ในด้านการสนับสนุนการขาย การขาย หรือการควบคุมการผลิตในบริษัทผู้ผลิต (โรงงาน)
- เต็มใจที่จะสื่อสารกับลูกค้า
- ระดับพื้นฐานภาษาอังกฤษ (เขียนอีเมลได้)
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และคุ้นเคยกับเอกสารและการคำนวณ (เก่งเรื่องตัวเลข)
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวหรือรถจักรยานยนต์ ไว้ใช้สัญจร (ไม่มีรถโดยสารประจำทาง)
- สามารถทำงานที่ปราจีนบุรีได้
