Sales Support (Organic Chemicals) (20K–25K) (SDG-95047)
พนักงานสนับสนุนการขาย (เคมีอินทรีย์)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Controlling cargo arrival and inventory level, JIT service supporting/delivery supporting
- Handling sales support function, sales document ex. SO, PO, Invoice documents related to import-export
- Communicating and coordinating with both Suppliers and customers for smooth business and delivery transaction
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 32 years old
- Bachelor's degree of Business Admin / Business International / Logistics
- At least 3 years exp. of sales support, purchasing or related to Import and Export
- Good command of English (Speaking and writing)
- Hard work and capable to work under pressure
- Good personality and attitude

<Preferable Skills / Experiences >
- Experience in Trading Company
- Has logistics knowledge

Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Mon-Fri, Hybrid (Can apply WFH 2 days/Week/ After probation))

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- ควบคุมการมาถึงของสินค้าและระดับสินค้าคงคลัง บริการสนับสนุน JIT/สนับสนุนการจัดส่ง
- จัดการฟังก์ชั่นสนับสนุนการขาย เอกสารการขาย เช่น SO, PO, Invoice เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำเข้า-ส่งออก
- สื่อสารและประสานงานกับทั้งซัพพลายเออร์และลูกค้าเพื่อให้ธุรกิจและธุรกรรมการจัดส่งราบรื่น
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 25 - 32 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขา บริหารธุรกิจ / ธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ / โลจิสติกส์
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ของการสนับสนุนการขาย การจัดซื้อ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำเข้าและส่งออก
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (พูดและเขียน)
- มีความขยันและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- บุคลิกภาพและทัศนคติที่ดี

<ทักษะ/ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ในบริษัทการค้า
- มีความรู้ด้านโลจิสติกส์

เวลาทำงาน: 8:30-17:00 น. (จันทร์-ศุกร์, ไฮบริด (เลือก WFH ได้ 2 วัน/สัปดาห์/ หลังทดลองงาน))
