Work outline: Sales Support and coordinate internal and external department
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Coordinate and negotiate with customers about Order & Delivery by telephone and E-mail
Ø Handle Shipment and Delivery process
Ø Issue invoice, PO and prepare documents.
Ø Coordinating with Sales team and colleagues in other Departments concerned in order to ensure that all customers’ requirement
Ø Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 22-28 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø At least 1 years’ experience in Purchasing / Billing / Stock / Sales support
Ø Computer literate in MS Office, especially MS Excel
Ø Ability to work well under pressure and meet critical deadlines
Ø Reliable, trustworthy & teamwork
Ø Service-minded attitude
Ø Be able to communicate and handle many generation
Ø Could start working immediately
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None

Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:15 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 18,000 – 25,000 THB including all allowances
