Sales Support and Budget Control (17K-25K) (JO-180516-162418)
Work outline: Carrier sales support and budget control analyst
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales support
 Order process in SAP including project creation, key in order, issuing invoice and delivery order note
 Coordinate with warehouse for delivery to customer
 Support to project review
Budget control:
 Support for order and sales forecast reporting
 Operate other data analysis reporting

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, male or female, age 22-27 years
 Bachelor's Degree
 Have Experience in SAP or Other Program
 Good computer skill especially Excel (Pivot Tables/ V-Looks ups/ Macros) and PowerPoint
 Good communication skills and able to communicate English
 Able to work under pressure
 Have passion in analysis

Preferable:
 Experience using either an ERP., SAP

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: BTS Asoke or MRT Sukhumvit 10
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 *flexible time from 7:30 – 9:00 and count 9 hrs.*
