Work outline: Carrier sales support and budget control analyst
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales support
Ø Order process in SAP including project creation, key in order, issuing invoice and delivery order note
Ø Coordinate with warehouse for delivery to customer
Ø Support to project review
Budget control:
Ø Support for order and sales forecast reporting
Ø Operate other data analysis reporting
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female, age between 23-25 years old
Ø Bachelor degree in any related field
Ø At least 2 years of experience of working related sales operation and analysis
Ø Experience using either an ERP., SAP
Ø Good computer skill especially Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Looks ups, Macros) and PowerPoint
Ø Good communication skills and able to communicate English
Ø Able to work under pressure
Ø Have passion in analysis
Language skills:
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Asoke or MRT Sukhumvit
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 *flexible time from 7:30 – 9:00 and count 9 hrs.*
About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 THB negotiable
