Supply Chain Coordinator (31K–41K) (SDG-117938)
<Job responsibilities>
1. Quotation & Purchase Order Arrangement (Quotation, PO Arrangement)
Request quotations from suppliers and negotiate pricing
Process purchase orders (PO) and coordinate delivery schedules
2. Forecast Management
Plan procurement based on sales forecasts
Ensure the right quantity of stock is maintained to meet demand
3. Stock Management
Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock
Ensure proper stock rotation and replenishment
4. Capacity Management
Assess the production capacity of suppliers and adjust procurement plans accordingly
Ensure smooth production flow and timely supply chain adjustments
5. Supplier Management (Price Control & Delivery Control)
Manage supplier relationships to maintain competitive pricing and stable delivery
schedules
6. Negotiate costs, monitor supplier performance, and ensure quality compliance
7. Sample Follow-up for New Items (Follow-up sample for new item)
Arrange and track samples for new products
Coordinate testing, feedback collection, and approval process
Any other tasks assigned by the Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree- At least 3 years experience in sales support or supply chain management in Trading or Manufacturing company
- Having experience of "Quotation" and "PO Arrangement"
- At least a conversation Middle of English to communicate with suppliers and email
- Able to Drive a car

- Experience in the trading industry
- Experience with any one of these as below
