Sales Supervisor or Deputy Section Manager @Samutprakarn (28K-60K) (SDG-26577)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Maintain customer pricing and sales forecast
 Responsible for providing monthly, quarterly forecasts to ensure on-time delivery to customers
 Provide leadership, training, and support to sales team to ensure a better understanding of products and service
 Work closely with product engineering teams to ensure timely launch of new products
 Monitor team member's performance to achieve sales target and KPI
 Coordinate with Section Manager about performance and sales report
 To establish excellent relationship with customers and purchasing teams and provide seamless after sales service to ensure customer satisfaction
 Report the customer front door sell situation, local area movement and local competitor movement to area manager each month
 Support customer sell-out by developing local marketing activity and marketing material support
 Prepare necessary documents about sales activities, product information
 Other tasks as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 28-38 years old
 Bachelor’s degree
 Least 3-6 years of working experience in Sales or related field
 Past experience working with Manufacturing company (Automotive parts)
 Good knowledge of the market landscape, selling and negotiating skills
 Basic Knowledge of IATF16949 and Automotive ISO/TS16949
 Good command in English for communicating with a foreign client and internal team
 Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
 Willing to drive to travel upcountry by company's car 2-3 times a week

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Knowledge of Environmental Management Standards ISO14000
 Knowledge of Health&Safety Management OHSAS18001
 Having TOEIC score 500 or above
 Communicable in Japanese
