<Number of employees : Total: 90 Local: 88 Japanese: 2 > <Report Line: Japanese manager, male > <Team Member: 7 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 7 persons > <Products: Screws for Automobiles , sales of labor-saving equipment > <Clients: Automotive company > <Saturday Working: None > <Position Objective/Expectation > - Be able to manage Sales department and increase sales results <Job Responsibilities> - Maintain with Clients ( existing 80%, new clients 20%) - Visit to client factory ( can use company car) - Manage sales members (around 7 members) - Report and discuss with Japanese manager - Coordinate with internal branch for import / export flows - Other assigned works by Japanese manager
