Sales Supervisor (Automotive Parts) (25K-35K) (JO-180223-147774)
About this Job
Work outline: Responsible for maintaining and establishing good relationship with clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Identify and develop new products/applications with new and existing customers
Ø Develop application with OEM & Tier-I customers within Thailand market to support new business opportunities
Ø Formulating and developing effectiveness sales strategies to achieve revenue/profit targets
Ø To coordinate with other Engineer Fastening units for products application and customer localization initiatives to ensure seamless transition of customer needs
Ø Develop systems to track quotes and maintain customer pricing and sales forecast. Also responsible for providing monthly, quarterly forecasts to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Ø Work closely with product engineering teams to ensure timely launch of new products
Ø Manage and follow-up on issues relating to accounts, invoice errors, credit terms, payment collection to meet DSO targets
Ø Provide leadership, training and support to sales team to ensure better understanding of products and service
Ø To establish excellent relationship with customer Engineering and purchasing teams and provide seamless after sales service to ensure customer satisfaction
Ø *Policy to use company car with owned-drive to visit clients only.
Ø *Need to report to supervisor every Monday
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 25-35 years old
Ø Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business Administration and/or Marketing
Ø Experience 5-7 years in plastics products sale with Japanese company
Ø Good knowledge of market landscape, selling and negotiating skills
Ø Excellent communication skills- English
Ø Results driven, self-motivated and strong business network is essential
Ø Must travel extensively within Thailand and ASEAN
Preferable:
Ø Experience selling automotive parts (plastics)
Ø Good personality
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Bangna
Working Hour: 8.30-17.30pm (Monday- Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000-35,000THB excluding all allowance
