Inside Sales Assistant Manager - Air & Sea Freight (Head Office, Bangkok) (40K–55K) (SDG-117175)
<Job responsibilities>
- Manage day-to-day inside sales operations and ensure smooth workflow within the inside sales team.
- Generate new leads and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare timely and accurate quotations for customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient and smooth shipment execution.
- Oversee and Support a team of inside Sales to achieve Sales targets.
- Contribute to overall sales growth within the company.
- Report on team performance and Sales progress
- Other tasks assigned by the manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, international business, Logistics or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordinator, or sales support in Freight Forwarder/Logistic company
- At least 2 years of experience in leadership and team management
- knowledge of international freight regulations and shipping documentation
- Conversational high in English, both written and spoken (Communicate with Japanese Sales and clients)
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused mindset.

Workplace Area: MRT Lat Phrao
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday 08.30 am – 06.00 pm - Work in office 100%)
