Sales Staff (Primarily Engineering Plastic) (23K–29K) (SDG-109561)

<Job responsibilities>
1. Customer Relationship Management and Sales
- Acquire new clients and expand the customer base.
- Identify and fulfil customer requirements through product offerings.
- Develop and Maintain robust customer relationships.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to Identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Serves customers by selling products meeting customer needs
- Planning and organizing a daily work/ organize to meet customer.
- Take care current customer and find opportunity to sell for new customers to Address their needs
- Contact with supplier and customer to deal with the price
- Visit current customer to keep relationship, listen to their needs and problems
- Calculate price and Prepare quotation to customer
- MOI registration for chemical products import
- Have products knowledge
- Greeting potential customers and keep connection with current and new customer
- Resolves customer complaints
- Cooperate with other department and other sales staff to expand business if we got inquire from customer for products handle by other sales staff
- Work with document from customer request
- Do and give credit limit to current and new customer
- Update customer situation with manager
2. Product Expertise and Pricing Strategy
- Possess in-depth product knowledge.
- Develop and present accurate product pricing proposals.
- Negotiate optimal pricing and terms with suppliers and customers.
- Conduct market analysis to optimize inventory levels and pricing.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent overstocking and credit issues.
3. Administrative Functions
- Plan and execute daily sales activities.
- Maintain comprehensive customer records and data.
- Prepare and manage essential sales documentation.
- Conduct credit assessments on customers.
- Coordinate with finance to manage foreign exchange risk.
- Generate detailed sales reports and analysis.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 22 - 25 years old
- Bachelor's degree or Fresh graduates from Chemical related major or experienced as Sales (any Chemical products)
- Conversational High in English (in house and communicate with clients)
- Good computer literacy skills such as MS Excel
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Direct Experience in Engineering Plastic
- Long work period in current company.
- Having High TOEIC Score
- Immediately or early join candidate
- Having Driving license or personal car
- Experience of working at Japanese company

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (WIO 100%))

- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (ภายในและสื่อสารกับลูกค้า)
- มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ที่ดี เช่น MS Excel

- มีประสบการณ์ตรงด้านวิศวกรรมพลาสติก
- อายุงานนานกับบริษัทปัจจุบัน
- มีคะแนน TOEIC สูง
- เข้าร่วมได้ทันทีหรืออย่างเร็ว
- มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์หรือรถยนต์ส่วนตัว
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
