Job Description
Sales Representative (Japanese speaking)
(20K-30K) (JO-180507-161602)
Work outline: Visit and maintain relationship with the existing clients as well as preparing necessary sales documents and report. (Have sales target)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily sales activities such as introducing, selling products, and services of the company
Expand the business by finding new market and achieve sales target
Maintain strong relationship with clients including visit clients to provide useful information about company’s products (Have to visit clients 4 days/week- outside of Bangkok: Rayong, Chonbui, Ayutthaya, Korat)
Prepare internal sales report for weekly sales activities
Issue quotation, contract, and delivery order
Prepare sales meeting presentation
Support Japanese manager as assigned

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, male/female, age 23-32 years
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
At least 1 year experience in sales
Good communication skills and team work
Able to work under pressure to meet deadline.
Able to analyse and think systematically
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, such as excel, power point and word

Preferable:
Knowledge in import and export job
Direct experience in automotive

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversation Level

Workplace Area: BTS Chong nonsri
Working Hour: 8:30 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
