<Number of employees : Total : 180 Local : 177 Japanese : 3 > <Report Line : Japanese Manager (40s make)> <Team Member: 3 persons > <Number of Subordinates: None> <Products: Parts for OA Equipment, Parts for Automobiles (Exterior/Interior), Parts for Optical Equipment, Resin / rubber > <Clients: Auto-mobile company > <Saturday Working: None > <Position Objective/Expectation > - Be able to work as sales with Japanese <Job Responsibilities> - Making some documents such as Quotation and invoice - Order Management (Follow up orders from customers, Create order summary, etc.) - Internal Coordination (Delivery date, Amount, etc.) - Various Coordination and customer support (Quotation, Inquiry, etc.) - Assist and support to superior to coordinate and follow up for any issues to meet customer’s requirements. - Report to the Japanese manager of sales - Visit customers by themself with company car - Other tasks assigned by the Manager
