Sales Planning Staff (Japanese Speaking) (35K–40K) (SDG-117057)

<Job responsibilities>
- Analyze Sales Data and trends to Identify opportunities and develop business strategies.
- Assist in creating and managing budgets for Sales campaigns and promotions.
- Generate reports on Sales performance, presenting insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure accurate Sales target planning.
- Monitor and report on Sales performance analytics.
- Act as an interpreter during meetings with Japanese clients, Ensuring clear communication between Thai tire business owners and Japanese counterparts.
- Support business negotiations and presentations, Ensuring smooth communication of business needs.
- Provide on-site assistance during client visits and product demos, Ensuring accurate product/service information.
- Collect customer Feedback to improve product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction in both Thai and Japanese markets.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 26 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales planning or data analysis.
- Conversational High or business level of Japanese (N2 or N1 is required), Mostly Use for communicating with internal and be an interpreter.
- Conversational High level of English, Use for communicating with internal and do report.
- Experiences in Data analysis and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experiences working in Automobiles / Automobile Parts industry

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday)
