Sales Manager (machine tools) (40K–60K) (SDG-93435)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (เครื่องมือกล)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Manager and control sales team
- Forecast sales expectation and report to JP Manager
- Take training to Subordinate
- Take care existing client and develop new client (Existing70%,New30%)
- Understand customer's manufacturing process and machine and propose product
- Visit client site by driving own car almost every day (industrial area)
- Attend sales team meeting once a week
- Manage delivery
- Other task as assigned by manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Experience as sales or sales engineer in any industry more than 3-5 years
- Having experience as sales related to machine tools
- Have own car with driving licence
- Conversational High level English
- Good communication skill to maintain good relationship with client
- Willing to do business development

<Preferable Skills/ Experiences>
- Conversational high level Japanese is welcome
- Experience in machine tools, any machine

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- ผู้จัดการและควบคุมทีมขาย
- คาดการณ์ยอดขายและรายงานต่อผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น
- นำการฝึกอบรมให้กับลูกน้อง
- ดูแลลูกค้าที่มีอยู่และพัฒนาลูกค้าใหม่ (ที่มีอยู่ 70% ใหม่ 30%)
- เข้าใจกระบวนการผลิตและเครื่องจักรของลูกค้าและนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์
- เดินทางไปไซต์ลูกค้าโดยขับรถเองเกือบทุกวัน (เขตอุตสาหกรรม)
- เข้าร่วมประชุมทีมขายสัปดาห์ละ 1 ครั้ง
- จัดการการจัดส่ง
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 27 - 45 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์เป็น Sales หรือ Sales Engineer ในอุตสาหกรรมต่างๆ มากกว่า 3-5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายเกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือกล
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวพร้อมใบขับขี่
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนาสูง
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดีเพื่อรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า
- เต็มใจที่จะทำการพัฒนาธุรกิจ

- ยินดีต้อนรับผู้ที่มีทักษะภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสนทนาสูง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านเครื่องมือกล เครื่องจักรใดๆ
