Sales Manager [Factory Automation] (80K-130K) (SDG-22783) <Job Responsibilities> Handled sales performance, and in-house sales activity to ensure achievement of sales target and company profit objectives. Develop and implement strategies, action plans to achieve sales target. Coordinate and monitor sales planning including the analysis of market opportunities, and competitor activities. Develop and monitor sales & in-house sales analysis to improve the company market share Handled to prepare sales forecasts, budgets, sales program, and update the report as monthly basic. Monitor efficient service to customers and handle all customer complaints with good result oriented. <Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 38-45 years old Bachelor or Master Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration and other related fields. At least 10 years’ experience as Sales, Sales Engineer in Automotive or related fields At least 5 years experienced in managerial Level. Good command in English Strong Sales and Marketing Analysis, negotiation skill and customer orientation. Good leadership skill, conceptual & analytical thinking, and problem solving skill. Own a car & have Driving License <Preferable Skill / Experience> Working experience in Trading company Languages skills English: Business Level Japanese: None
