<Job responsibilities>
- Respond quality inquiries as representative from clients in English and Thai.
*Their main client always works in MNB's conference rooms.
- Conduct improvement activity in production line with clients
- Make and manage shipping inspection reports
- Manage documentation made by factory workers
- Respond support visiting clients from USA once per 3 month in English.
- Support Sales by visiting clients to present products in technical terms to customers.
- Summarize and update status for all activity as above to all concern .
- Other duties as assigned
