Sales Coordinator (JP) (35K–45K) (SDG-59423)

<Job Responsibilities>
Mission
- On be half of Japanese Manager, communicate with supplier and customer, do document tasks
- Be the window person to get inquiry from customer and prepare quotation for customer
- Contact supplier, get price and manage inventory and delivery schedule
- Response to inquiry from Japanese supplier by coordinating internally
- Sometimes being interpreter, if Japanese manager would like to communicate with thai customer
- Other duties assigned by Manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female 27-35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years experience of sales assistant in automotive industry or trading company（Product should be electrical or mechanical products）
- Business level of Japanese(N2 up)
- Conversational high level of English
- Working experience in Japanese company
- Able to operate PC and Microsoft Office

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience of inventory control
- Working experience of procurement

English: Conversational Level
Japanese: Business Level

Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi,Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri(Sat:none))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
ภารกิจ
- เป็นผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นครึ่งหนึ่งสื่อสารกับซัพพลายเออร์และลูกค้าทำงานเอกสาร
- เป็นคนหน้าต่างในการสอบถามจากลูกค้าและจัดเตรียมใบเสนอราคาให้กับลูกค้า
- ติดต่อซัพพลายเออร์รับราคาและจัดการสินค้าคงคลังและกำหนดการจัดส่ง
- ตอบข้อซักถามจากซัพพลายเออร์ญี่ปุ่นโดยประสานงานภายใน
- บางครั้งการเป็นล่ามหากผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นต้องการสื่อสารกับลูกค้าชาวไทย
- หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ที่ผู้จัดการมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศหญิงอายุ 27-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการเป็นผู้ช่วยขายในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์หรือ บริษัท การค้า （สินค้าควรเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ไฟฟ้าหรือเครื่องกล)
- ระดับธุรกิจของญี่ปุ่น (N2 ขึ้นไป)
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานใน บริษัท ญี่ปุ่น
- สามารถใช้งาน PC และ Microsoft Office ได้

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการจัดซื้อ
