Sales Coordinator Japanese Speaking (Officer-Chief) (17K–27K) (SDG-59845)
เจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานขาย (เจ้าหน้าที่ - หัวหน้า)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Support Japanese client to make sure all process of production is smooth until order is delivers to client
- Issuing internal fabric order to factory
- Coordinating and following up the factory for fabric production and fabric development
- Coordinating with Delivery team or forwarders about shipment
- Preparing documents for courier shipment (Fabric Sample / Sample test )
- Visit Factory occasionally to follow up production line (Nakhonpratom / Samutprakarn)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female 23- 30 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 1 year experience as Sales coordinator / Sales support in manufacturing industry (any product)
- Experience coordinate with Production team to follow up order
- Good command of Japanese ( for reporting and communicating fluently) (N3 or above)
- Good command of English (internal communication level)
- Can go to Nakornphathom and Samutprakarn factories 2-3 times per week
- Can use PC fluently ( Window Office, PowerPoint)

ผู้ประสานงานการขายพูดภาษาญี่ปุ่น (หัวหน้าเจ้าหน้าที่) (17K – 27K) (SDG-59845)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- สนับสนุนลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่นเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ากระบวนการผลิตทั้งหมดราบรื่นจนกว่าคำสั่งซื้อจะส่งถึงลูกค้า
- ออกใบสั่งผ้าภายในไปยังโรงงาน
- ประสานงานและติดตามโรงงานผลิตผ้าและพัฒนาผ้า
- ประสานงานกับทีมจัดส่งหรือผู้จัดส่งเกี่ยวกับการจัดส่ง
- การเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการจัดส่งพัสดุ (ตัวอย่างผ้า / การทดสอบตัวอย่าง)
- เยี่ยมชมโรงงานเป็นครั้งคราวเพื่อติดตามสายการผลิต (นครปฐม / สมุทรปราการ)

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศหญิงอายุ 23-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปีในตำแหน่ง Sales Coordinator / Sales Support in Manufacturing Industry (any product)
- มีประสบการณ์ประสานงานกับทีมงานฝ่ายผลิตเพื่อติดตามคำสั่งซื้อ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ดี (สำหรับการรายงานและสื่อสารได้คล่อง) (N3 ขึ้นไป)
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ระดับการสื่อสารภายใน)
- สามารถไปโรงงานนครปฐมและสมุทรปราการ 2-3 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์
- สามารถใช้พีซีได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว (Window Office, PowerPoint)
