Sales Coordinator (Japanese speaking) (30K-35K) (JO-180321-149943)
About this Job
Work outline: Supporting all Sales tasks (contact supplier and clients ) / Coordinate with sales team and JP Manager by being an interpreter / translate documents.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Communicate with sales person and customer well, then making quotation or necessary documents for customer
Cooperate any sales tasks and report directly to JP Manager
sales coordinator must liaise between customer and other departments to provide high quality service
Cooperate with headquarter in Japan in case it’s necessary in the operation
Organize and maintain sales documents with a systematic manner
Report problems regarding sales or any related issues to direct supervisor
Checking accuracy of calculations, prevent mistakes
Attending the company meeting
Translate sales documents
Complete other duties which are assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-35 years
Bachelor's Degree any related field is better
Minimum 1 years’ experience as sales coordinator / sales assistance or any related
Welcome new graduate who interested in sales field and have Japanese skill (N3)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of Japanese (N3 up)

Preferable:
Experience of working for trading company


Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational level


Workplace Area: BTS Asoke
Working Hour 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon - Fri)

Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 THB (Base)
