Work outline: Coordinate sales team and client by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information (making PO, Quotation and responsible for all delivery process)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Provide administrative support and involved in both pre-sale and post-sale process
Ø Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filling documents
Ø Field telephone and email sales inquiries from suppliers or clients
Ø Research options and request quotes for outsourced components of projects or custom products
Ø Facilitate the relationship and communications between customers and suppliers to define solutions
Ø Source or match a supplier to produce qualified products as customer’s requirements
Ø Monitor quality, service, and delivery issues, and take corrective actions as needed
Ø Report month-end sales figures and activities to management
Ø Retain good work relations with existing suppliers and attempt to secure more favorable contract terms for future business
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female, age 23-31 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
Ø 1-2 years in sales support function or relevant field
Ø Have service mind and sense of urgency
Ø Good coordinating and negotiation skills
Ø Computer literacy especially in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
Preferable:
Ø Have Knowledge of ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:2004
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Advanced conversational level
Workplace Area: BTS Chidlom
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.15 (Mon-Fri)
