Sales Coordinator (Japanese Speaking) (22K–35K) (SDG-116327)
<Job responsibilities>
- Working together with the Sales team (Thai-Japanese) to improve their productivity by contacting customers/suppliers
- Acknowledges customers/supplier by Responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
- Coordinate Sales team by Managing schedules, filing important documents and Communicating relevant information
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Handling Sales paper works such as Quotation, purchase order and Sales report
- Ensure the adequacy of Sales-related equipment or material
- Handle for import-Export documents and, the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Visiting customer with Sales team and Support customer requirement
- Interpret Thai-Japanese during meeting for both in office and on Site
- Translating documents as assigned.
- Take a memo of meeting minutes in English or Japanese language as required.
- Other task as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 22 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree or Fresh graduates or experience as Sales coordinator or Sales support (Any business field)
- Conversational high to business in Japanese with at least JLPT N3 above (coordination, interpreting, Translating tasks)
- Comfort in interpreting, Translating, Taking meeting Minutes (Utilize both Japanese and English language task)
- Comfort visiting customers outside, also working in office
- Conversational high of English Skill (for internal use such as email, Translating tasks)
- Computer skills (MS office)
- Fast learner
- Detail oriented person
- Ability to multitask, Work in a Fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent Communication, Sales, and customer service skills.
- Good administrative, organizational, and Problem-Solving skills.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having JLPT N1-N2
- Experience dealing with manufacturing client
- Experience related to machine field

Japanese level : Conversational
Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng
Working Hour: 9:00-17:00(Monday - Friday)
