Sales Coordinator (Food & Retail Business) (20K–30K) (SDG-114412)
<Job responsibilities>
- Support for the execution and assignment from the Sales TEAM with Good communication and cooperation.
- Sales Support for the execution after the business conclusion to delivery by
assignment from the Sales team with good communication.
- Handling the documentation task i.e. Issuing Purchase and /or Sales Contracts, invoices, Debit Notes, shipping documents for import products, etc.
- Timely and precisely manage the routine workflow; payments (A/R and A/P),
Workflows (Customs Clearance/delivery).
- Well communicating with the related parties, internal (back office) and external organizations (customers, vendors, related Government offices).
- Provide and Arrange the reports needed by the Sales TEAM and management i.e. market reports, etc.
- Perform the assignment as per the requirement from the Division Management.
- Other duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in any field is related.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support task, or related field.
- Have Experience in the Food Industry
- Have Experience in making Sales Contracts, Purchase Contracts, Purchase orders, delivery orders, all related shipping documents, Tax invoices, etc.
- knowledge of trading (import and export), logistics, and inventory management skills.
- Conversational high level in English (communicate with Japanese GM and external)
- Knowledge of IT (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP).
- Cheerful, Hardworking, positive thinking
- Work accuracy within time manner.
- Able for long working hours but occasionally. working under pressure within the scope of Coordinating jobs.
- Good self-learning
<Preferable Skills/Experience>
- Able to work Well within a TEAM and individual
- Willing to Take responsibility for Contracts with Government agencies and others
