Ø Branch & Technical Center in Thailand is the center of Asia area.
Ø Willing to work with big company (has almost 20,000 staffs in Asia Area)
Work outline: Responsible for overall documentation task to support Sales Team
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø To receive and take orders from Customers.
Ø To prepare related documents for sales such as P/O, tax invoice and follow up delivery schedule with customers and factory.
Ø To handle internal and customer queries.
Ø To communicate with oversea office for requirement needed.
Ø To coordinate with customers and shipping agency.
Ø To handle Import-Export operation in automobile air-con product.
Ø To prepare FTA document if requested.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/female, 28-32 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
Ø Fluent in both language English and Japanese
Ø Experience in Import – Export field.
Ø A team player
Ø Negotiation and problem solving skills
Ø Service-minded and able to work under pressure.
Preferable:
Ø Experience in Sales in Automotive industries
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level (N3 up)
Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday) + 1 Saturday per month
