Sales Coordinator (Base on Eastern Sea Board)

Work outline: Responsible for assisting sales team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Assisting the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation
Ø Preparing and then following up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them
Ø Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
Ø Liaising between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints
Ø Working closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Ø Occasionally visit client with sales team either by company’s car or owned car.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male/female, age 24-28 years
Ø Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Ø 1-3 years in Logistics Business, Freight Forwarding (Import & Export Air) and Liners, BOI, Customer Service or Sales or related field.
Ø Good command of English
Ø Computer Literacy (MS. Office)
Ø Not job hopper
Ø Driver license and own car
Preferable:
Ø Can make good decision by yourself and good relation with other section in company
Ø Can work under pressure and can make decision by himself or herself.
Ø Can make good relationship and support with customer and look for new customer.

English: Advanced Conversation level
