Sales Coordinator (20K-25K) (SDG-29487) <Job Responsibilities> Coordinator with all related departments, suppliers for on behalf of sales team Handle all sales quotations, purchase order, invoice, official letter, and shipping documents Handle import and domestic shipments. Work with the sales team and oversea branches (Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore) to support customer requirement and follow up overdue payment. - Maintains customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates Updates PSI system (forecast) for Mitsubishi products Controlling stock inventory, monitoring logistics costs (warehouse, transportation, import cost) and make monthly report of stock situation Other Tasks assigned by Manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Female, age 24-28 years old Bachelor’s Degree At least 2 years of working experience in customer service, sales support or a related field in manufacturing and electronics trading company Good communication and written skills Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Internet, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and any other sales related system - Positive thinking and good problem solving skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> Knowledge of Import/Export Documents & Inco term Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area BTS Ploen Chit, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:15-17:15(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 20,000–25,000THB About the company Products: Factory Automation related products, Low and high voltage power distributions, Visual information equipment’s, Semiconductors, Electronic components and Various materials Business Type: General Trading Company; General Appliances / Electrical Equipment
