Sales Coordinator (20K-25K) (JO-180228-148203)
About this Job
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Assisting the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation
Ø Preparing and then following up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them
Ø Working closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly
Ø Other task assigned by Manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female, Age 23-30 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree in any field
Ø Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales admin/sales coordinator (able to issue invoice)
Ø Familiar with Microsoft Office
Ø Good skill in import/export document
Ø Good command of English
Ø Good interpersonal and communication skill
Ø Good negotiation skill, problem solving and decision making skills
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: none
Workplace Area: BTS National stadium
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 9.00-17.30
