About this Job
Work outline: In charge of sales Coordinator
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Receiving customers PO for W-EDI or E-Mail
Ø Preparing PO for Group Company , Entry PO data into IFS System
Ø Support shipping document to customers ,Chasing delivery with Group Company
Ø Taking a record book , Fill up new customers profile
Ø Billing invoice for import PCB to Customers, Billing invoice tooling & mold to customers
Ø Co-ordinate with HHE forwarder
Ø Distribution cargoes
Ø Follow up cargoes problem, Follow up corporate on quality problem issued
Ø Summary invoices report to AR ,Billing Note / Monthly statement to customers
Ø Arrange receipt to customers, Collecting cheque
Ø Handle T/T payment from customer
Ø Monthly reporting to Accounting section
Ø Support to sales team
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age between 25-30 years old
Ø Bachelor Degree
Ø At least 1 year of working experience as a Sales Coordinator in Manufacturing company
Ø Details-oriented
Preferable:
Ø Able to start to work immediately
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsi
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon - Fri)
