Sales Associate (J-Park Sriracha) (19K–23K) (SDG-118336)

<Job responsibilities>
- Maintain stock operations and cashier.
- Maintain store display and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain effective communication channels with customers Ex. telephone, email, company Line, and Facebook.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Deal with all issues that arise from customers. (complaints, etc.)
- Recommend for a brand-lover person.
- Support other tasks if there are any requested.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 22 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales / Customer service in any industry
- Available to work on weekends (Saturday -Sunday), assigned by Shift 8 hrs/day.
- Basic level in English. *to prepare the English documents
- Can start working immediately.
- Good skill in customer service
- Pleasant personality with excellent service attitude.
- Can work well under pressure, good team player, and time management skills.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have Experience as a Sales brand Name/high-end product
- Conversational Middle level of English

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: J-Park Sriracha
Working Hour: 11:00-20:00(Work as shift (Assigned by Shift 8 hrs/day.)
- Day-off 8 days- Store opening time is Department Store time (11:00 - 20:00)
