Sales Assistants (English Speaking) (25K–30K) (SDG-114789)


<Job responsibilities>
- Handle Process of order with accuracy and timeless, Daily communicate with customer and overseas co-worker
- Delivery management and follow up shipping document.
- Submit quotation , handle orders and checking the orders have the correct prices, and product numbers.
- Inputting orders (Sales and purchase) and invoice issue, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure Sales, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Other related tasks as assigned by Thai Sales manager.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- At least 2 years experience of Semiconductors and Electronic parts industry.
- At least 5 years of working experience as Sales Assistants.
- Conversational High in English (internal and communication with client via call, email including provide the document)
- Details-oriented Person
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Able to communicate in Japanese

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday -Friday)
