Work outline: Responsible for all sales support tasks and coordinate with customers
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Coordinate and arrange import - export shipment (mainly textile raw material) in order to support customer requirements
Ø Coordinate with overseas customers in Middle East Asia countries such as Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) etc.
Ø Generate ordering and shipment control schedule
Ø Prepare and handle sales documents and which included P/O, tax invoice, and follow up delivery schedule with clients
Ø Work closely with Sales
Ø Other tasks will be assigned by manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female, age 22-28 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree in any field
Ø At least 1 years of experience in import-export or Sales coordinator
Ø Active, Challenge mind, communication skill and want to learn new things
Ø Have interest in Sales support/ Sales tasks
Preferable:
Ø Working experience in trading company
Ø Working experience in Japanese company
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour: 8:30 (or 9:00) – 17:30 (18:00) (Mon-Fri)
