Sales assistant (Semiconductor industry) (30K-40K) (SDG-76132)
ผู้ช่วยฝ่ายขาย (อุตสาหกรรมเซมิคอนดักเตอร์)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepare sales documents such as quotations, Invoice
- Handling Import and delivery process with other branches in Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan in English
- Hand over the ordered products to customers who come to pick up at office
- Regularly attend sales meetings and report task process
- ※This position is not required to visit customer site, but if you want to try sales activity outside, you can challenge.
- The other related task assigned by Thai sales manager

<Necessary Skills / Experiences >
- Thai nationality, Female, 25-38 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- More than 3 years as a sales assistant or sales coordinator in a manufacturing or trading company
- Conversational high level of English (Can communicate with Singapore and Malaysia members)
- Personality: Independent person
- Not job hopper (at least 3 years in each company)

<Preferable Skills / Experiences >
- Business level of English
- Working experience in a Japanese company
- Can join immediately by the end of May 2022

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารการขาย เช่น ใบเสนอราคา ใบแจ้งหนี้
- จัดการกระบวนการนำเข้าและจัดส่งกับสาขาอื่นในสิงคโปร์ มาเลเซีย และญี่ปุ่นเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
- ส่งมอบสินค้าที่สั่งให้กับลูกค้าที่มารับที่สำนักงาน
- เข้าร่วมการประชุมการขายและรายงานขั้นตอนงานเป็นประจำ
- ※ตำแหน่งนี้ไม่จำเป็นต้องไปที่ไซต์ของลูกค้า แต่ถ้าคุณต้องการลองกิจกรรมการขายภายนอก คุณสามารถท้าทายได้
- งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายชาวไทย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย หญิง อายุ 25-38 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มากกว่า 3 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยฝ่ายขายหรือผู้ประสานงานการขายในบริษัทผู้ผลิตหรือบริษัทการค้า
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (สามารถสื่อสารกับสมาชิกสิงคโปร์และมาเลเซีย)
- บุคลิกภาพ: บุคคลอิสระ
- ไม่ใช่ job hopper (แต่ละบริษัทอย่างน้อย 3 ปี)

- ระดับภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจ
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
